We are extremely lucky to have such a lovely situation for our school, on the edge of rural Corbridge surrounded by views of the beautiful Tyne Valley.
The outdoor facilities for sports and leisure are superb and within the building we are very well equipped for activities across a wide ranging curriculum.
We are very proud of the range of extra curricular activities that are offered at Corbridge Middle School. The generous commitment of our staff ensures that the interests of all children are catered for. Here is an example of a termly timetable for extra curricular activities.
We arrange visits to outdoor activity centres, visits abroad and field trips. Music activities include choir, rock and ceilidh bands, recorder groups and orchestra. Our musicians perform at a variety of special occasions and participate in local festivals. There is a wide range of sporting activities to choose from including rugby and football for girls.
