Payment Policy
The Corbridge Middle School Payment Policy has been adopted to ensure that all parties understand how payments are to be made to school and the procedures to be followed when payments are not received. This will ensure a clear, consistent and fair approach. The school is responsible for obtaining all payments for services received by pupils. If payments are not received the school budget will have to directly fund any outstanding debts that cannot be recovered thereby directly affecting the amount of money that is available to provide education to all pupils. The school endeavours not to make a profit for any services provided; the governing body are responsible for ensuring accounting systems are in place to monitor income and expenditure.
