Corbridge Middle School has raised £396.50 (so far)
Very well done to all those involved in activities and donations for Children in Need. As you can see above, the school has raised a substantial amount to donate to the charity. Thank you!
Activities:
The Cake Bake raised £281.25
Abbie Lowdon and Gabi Johnson who raised £64.25 over the weekend with a sponsored smiley face challenge
Our administration staff: Monique and Lucy raised £51.00 with a staff challenge!
During the BBC Children in Need Appeal Show on Friday 15 November, choirs of children and young people from all around the UK, including Hexham, performed together, live on BBC One. Many of our children were also present in Hexham on the evening as part of the Choir. They performed 'Sing', a song written by Gary Barlow and composed by Andrew Lloyd Webber. It was originally performed by artists across The Commonwealth to mark the Queen's Diamond Jubilee. A few seconds of their performance was aired live although a great deal of preparation for both children and staff was involved. Thank you and very well done! Your were great ambassadors for Corbridge Middle School.
