A warm hello from the Head Teacher
I am absolutely delighted to be joining Corbridge Middle School as Head Teacher at such an exciting time. Corbridge Middle School is a wonderful and unique place where all of our children can flourish and grow with the support and care of our nurturing staff team. Our values of Care, Respect, Responsibility, and Resilience are the lifeblood of the school and help us strive towards continually developing the already outstanding work we are doing. Here at Corbridge Middle, we encourage our children to try their very best and set exceptional standards in both academic learning and our behaviours. We hope you find everything you need on the school's website and enjoy learning more about our wonderful school.

Newsletter October 2023
It is my pleasure you bring you our first newsletter of the 2023-24 academic year. I hope you enjoy the new design which Mr Dunbar has been working on using the new art work we have had created for our school. We love the new visuals within school and we hope you have enjoyed these too when you have visited us.
I am incredibly proud of how well our Year 5 cohort have settled into life at middle school. Our Year 8 mentors have been instrumental in this and they have been such an amazing source of support for our children during their transition to CMS.

Mental Wellbeing - Useful websites for parents
E-safety is high on our agenda at school. We want children to be safe and responsible when they go online. Our Computing curriculum places emphasis on developing children's knowledge and skills to enable them to stay safe online. We would be happy to share any advice with you.
Parent Info provides high quality information to parents and carers about their children's wellbeing and resilience. In line with CEOP’s Thinkuknow programme, some of the content covers internet safety, but it all starts from the assumption that young people make little distinction between their online and offline lives and the issues for parents are often the same.
